TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Orders are placed through the website. After registering your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
It is also possible to create an order by phone at +421904889792 or +421948594217 every working day from 8:00 to 16:00.
Method of payment for goods
- cash on delivery
- payment in cash upon receipt of the goods
- payment by transfer to an account at UniCredit Bank, account number 66 4831 5002/1111 IBAN: SK66 1111 0000 0066 4831 5002
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped only after the payment has been credited to our account.
- By courier: the price for the transport of goods is determined according to the carrier’s tariffs and is added to the value of the order. For orders over € 40.00, shipping is free, but for orders over 10kg, we add € 0.50 for each additional kilogram.
Within Bratislava, the delivery of goods is ensured on a working day – within 48 hours – from the confirmation of payment for the order.
Price of postage and packingfor orders lower than 40.00 €:
– GLS courier company: € 3
Orders are binding, in case of non-acceptance of the shipment, the buyer will compensate the damage incurred at the postage in the amount of € 5.00.
- Personal collectionis carried out directly at the operation – Obchodná ulica 42B. The order will be kept at the store for 10 working days. After this period, it will no longer be possible to take over the order.
In the case of plantation roasted coffee, which we roast according to orders, shipment will be made within three working days.
In the case of green coffee and other products, shipping will take place within 48 hours. In case of changes, the seller informs the customer about the situation.
Cancellation of the order by the buyer:the buyer has the right to cancel the order without giving a reason at any penalty. The condition is to send an e-mail or cancel the order by phone by the day of dispatch of the goods.
Cancellation of the order by the supplier:the seller reserves the right to cancel the order or part thereof in the following cases:
- The order could not be confirmed in a binding manner (incorrect or unavailable telephone number, does not respond to e-mails, etc.)
- The goods are no longer delivered or the price of the supplier of the goods has changed significantly. In the event that this situation occurs, the seller will immediately contact the buyer to agree on further action.
Liability for goods damage and completeness of packaging:
After taking over the goods for personal collection or courier service, the buyer is obliged to check the goods immediately.
If, upon receipt from the courier service, is visible damage to the packaging or obvious loss of content, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the goods and in case of damage to make a record of damage in the presence of the carrier. The deliverer is obliged to write such a record. If the damage or partial loss of the contents of the consignment is not obvious upon receipt, the consignee is obliged to immediately report the occurrence of damage to the seller by telephone, but no later than the next working day after receipt of the consignment. Upon personal collection, the buyer is obliged to inspect the goods and check the entire contents of the package, additional complaints will not be accepted.
In the event that the content of the shipment is not in accordance with the purchase contract, the buyer has the right to have the seller, free of charge and without undue delay, bring it into a condition corresponding to the purchase contract. If such a procedure is not possible, the buyer may request a reasonable discount on the price of the goods or withdraw from the contract. This does not apply if the buyer knew about the conflict with the purchase contract before taking over the goods, or caused the conflict with the purchase contract himself.
After registering with us as a customer of our online store, you agree during registration that the data about you and your purchases will be collected and used. Data on your purchases in our online store is collected to ensure the delivery of goods, handling complaints and also serves for your retrospective control. Your personal data that you provide in our online store is confidential and in no case is it provided to other entities. Your contact details and purchase information are not provided to a third party (with the exception of a courier company regarding the transport of your shipment using this service).
Complaints and warranties:
The seller is responsible for errors in the goods and the buyer is obliged to immediately file a complaint with the seller according to the valid complaint procedure.
The complaint procedure applies to goods purchased by the buyer from the seller on the seller’s e-commerce website, as well as to goods purchased in one of the establishments.
The complaint procedure in this form is valid for all business cases, unless other warranty conditions are contractually agreed.
The seller is not responsible for any damage caused by the carrier. If it is credibly proven that the delivered goods were shipped in poor quality (damaged or otherwise damaged), the buyer has the right to exchange them free of charge for goods of the same value, while the buyer bears the cost of their re-transport to the destination. In this case, the seller does not refund the buyer the price for the first shipment. The seller is not liable for defects and errors caused by the carrier, but undertakes to address the shipment damage with the carrier.

The statutory warranty period according to the valid regulations of the Slovak Republic applies to each sold goods, unless the goods state otherwise.
