Providence Mills is an organic farm owned by the head of the family - Saidou Soraya Henaine. Within the area, she built a school, canteen, showers and houses for growers who help her with the farm. The farm is divided into 3 sections: Finca Paraiso, Finca Holanda and Finca San Pedro. It produces about 4,000 bags every year.

First and even most importantly, we have loved this one for years and we think we can never stop. However, this is certainly one of yours favourite. We get requests of Mexican coffee very frequently, but sure you can tell american coffee are more popular than for example coffee from Africa.
Providence Mills is a small organic farm owned by the head of the family – Saidou Soraya Henaine. Within the area, she built a school, canteen, showers and houses for growers who help her with the farm. The whole farm is divided into 3 sections: Finca Paraiso, Finca Holanda and Finca San Pedro. It produces about 4,000 bags every year. Region Huixtla is one of the richest when it comes to coffee production. It certainly deserve better future, so don´t forget to purchase fairtrade products.
Coffee trees grow at altitude from 1200 mamsl, which is probably really high for any plants to grow. Despite this fact, the coffee from here are really unique. The number two fact of uniqueness because of transport from war country to the whole wide world. We are really grateful for projects like Long Miles – they do a really good job.

In this blend we can mostly find Bourbon, because that is a very common variety in Mexico. Above all it contains Caturra, Catuaí and Sarchimore as well.
